Ingredients Directions
  1. Place chicken in a heavy duty resealable plastic food storage bag. Sprinkle seasoning blend over chicken, seal bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook the chicken in oil for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink in center.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet, drain on paper towels.
  4. In a large bowl, toss salad greens, mango, onion and bell pepper.
  5. Divide salad among 4 plates. Top with chicken. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
