4 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
1 each  large tomato
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
2 tsp  olive oil
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 tsp  ground basil leaves
0 1/4 tsp  garlic salt
0 1/4 cup  part skim shredded mozzarella
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Leave cookie sheet un-greased, place bread slices on it, and bake for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients except the cheese in a small bowl and top toast with mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake 8-10 minutes until browned. Let cool before serving.
