0.3333 cup  Cheese, cheddar, light, shredded
4 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp  fat free milk
0.125 tsp  paprika
1 each  pepper, black, dash
1 oz  bacon bits
2 tbsp  Raisins, seedless
1 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
16 each  Crackers, table water
  1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl on medium speed. Mixture should be smooth.
  2. Blend in raisins, onion, and bacon bits and serve on crackers.
