  1. Pat the tofu dry on a paper towel and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Grind the peanuts in a blender or food processor until they are very fine.
  3. Transfer ground peanuts to a plate and preheat grill to medium.
  4. Using a sharp knife, halve and seed the red and green peppers and cut them into large chunks.
  5. Coat the tofu cubes thoroughly with the ground nuts by turning them in the peanut mixture.
  6. Prepare the kabobs by threading chunks of pepper onto four large skewers with the tofu cubes.
  7. Place kabobs on a foil-lined grill rack.
  8. Grill the kabobs, turning frequently for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the peppers and peanuts begin to brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
