Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix the soy sauce, ginger, red peppers, and garlic in a large zipper-lock, heavy-duty plastic bag.
  2. Add the pork; seal the bag, shake it, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to overnight.
  3. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat, and add the pork mixture to the skillet, and stir-fry 3 minutes, or until the pork is browned.
  4. Add the snow peas and red bell pepper, sautéing until the vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions, omitting any oil and salt. Drain.
  6. Add the chicken broth and pasta to the skillet.
  7. Cook 1 minute longer, or until heated through, and serve.
