0 3/4 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0 3/4 cup  cold water
1 1/2 cup  quick cooking brown rice
0 1/4 tsp  saffron
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
0.3333 cup  Peas, baby, frozen
1 tbsp  pimentos
  1. In a medium pot, bring chicken broth and water to a rapid bowl.
  2. Stir in rice, saffron, Tabasco, and peas.
  3. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and stir in the pimento. Serve at once.
