1 each  Papaya, medium, fresh
1 each  Papaya, medium, fresh
4 tsp  fresh lime juice
2 tsp  rose water
Directions
  1. Peel the papayas and trim off the stem end. Cut each papaya crosswise into 4 slices. Do not remove the seeds.
  2. Place 1 yellow fleshed papaya slice on each of 4 dessert plates. Partly top each with a pink fleshed papaya slice.
  3. Mix the lime juice and rose water. Drizzle over the fruit and serve.
