Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat four 2-cup soufflé dishes with cooking spray.
  2. Divide the bread cubes between the prepared dishes.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the milk and margarine. Heat until milk is warm and steaming, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in lemon peel, vanilla, almond extract, peaches, sugar substitute, and egg substitute.
  5. Pour mixture evenly over the bread cubes.
  6. Place the soufflé dishes on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is crisp and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
