10 each  fresh portobello mushroom
2 tbsp  butter
1 tsp  red curry paste
1 pinch  salt
4 piece  Bread, white, hearty
Directions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. If necessary, peel the mushrooms and remove the stalks, then heat a dry frying pan until very hot.
  2. Place the mushrooms in the pan, with the grills on top. Using half of the butter, piece about the size of a hazelnut to each one, and then lightly sprinkle all of the mushrooms with salt.
  3. Reduce the heat, to medium and cook until the butter begins to bubble and mushrooms are juicy and tender.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the remaining butter with the curry powder and spread it on the bread.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, pile the mushrooms on top, and serve.
