1 cup  smoked whitefish
2 each  medium celery stalks
0 1/2 each  medium onions
2 tbsp  fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp  fat free sour cream
1 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
0 1/4 each  head Boston lettuce
1 cup  black pepper
1 tsp  chopped parsley
2 each  plain bagels
  1. Begin by breaking the whitefish down into bite-size pieces and then combine the celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  2. Next, fold the fish into the mixture and season it with pepper. Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates and then spoon the smoked fish salad on top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toasted bagels.
