  1. In large bowl, combine radicchio, lettuce, endive, and parsley. Arrange mixture on large serving platter, and set aside.
  2. Coat small skillet with cooking spray. Add oil. Heat over medium-high until hot.
  3. Add onion, cook 5 to 7 minutes until tender, stirring often. Add vinegar, garlic, and sugar to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
  4. Spoon onion mixture over salad greens, and serve immediately.
