Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Split each pita bread around edge with knife to make 2 rounds.
  2. Place rounds on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 5 minutes or until crisp.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, and basil.
  4. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over rounds. Top with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
