1 each  cooking spray
4 oz  sugar-free maple syrup
0 1/4 cup  canned whole cranberry sauce
0 1/2 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
0 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  whole wheat flour
0 3/4 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/4 cup  Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
1 tbsp  sugar
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 floz  baking soda
1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  eggs
Directions
  1. In 1-quart saucepan over medium-low, combine maple syrup and cranberry sauce. Heat, stirring frequently, until cranberry sauce is melted. Set aside, keep warm.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, buttermilk, milk, sugar, oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and egg. Beat with whisk until smooth.
  3. Lightly coat nonstick pan or griddle with cooking spray. Ladle batter, using 1/4 cup measure, onto pan to form 10 pancakes. Cook until puffed and dry around edges.
  4. Flip, cook until golden brown. Serve with syrup.
