5 each  large oranges
2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 tsp  orange blossom water
0 1/2 cup  dried tart cherries
0 1/4 cup  whole almonds
1 oz  fresh mint
  1. With a sharp knife, peel skin and white pith from oranges.
  2. Place a strainer over a bowl, section oranges between membranes so there is nothing left but orange flesh. Excess juice should drip away from oranges.
  3. Place orange sections in dry bowl and add remaining ingredients except mint, and toss lightly to mix. Garnish with mint.
