Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the broiler; place the fruit in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Stir the sour cream and dollop over the fruit; using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread the sour cream evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with pine nuts and brown sugar.
  4. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sugar melts and the pine nuts toast. Serve immediately.
