2 pint  fresh strawberries
2 tbsp  chopped pecans
1 cup  farmer's cheese
0 1/4 cup  packed light brown sugar
1 oz  raspberry liqueur
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
  1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the sauce is slightly firm.
  3. Meanwhile, discard the steams from the strawberries; then cut the strawberries into the bite-size pieces.
  4. Spoon the berries into six dessert dishes; then top each serving with equal amounts of sauce and sprinkling of pecans if desired. Serve immediately.
