2 cup  fat free milk
1 1/2 cup  brewed coffee
0 1/4 cup  Syrup, chocolate, lite
4 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 cup  whipped fat-free topping
0 1/4 tsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warm (do not boil). No stirring is needed.
  2. Pour the milk into a blender; then blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup hot coffee into each of the four coffee mugs or cappuccino mugs; then stir 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup and 1 teaspoon of sugar into each mug.
  4. Pour 1/2 of the milk into each mug (do not stir); then top each serving with a dollop of whipped topping if desired and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
