1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
0 3/4 each  Banana, medium, fresh
3 tbsp  sugar
12 each  ice cubes
Directions
  1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor blender until the ice is crushed and the drink is frothy.
  2. If using mango, strain through a mesh sieve to remove the mango fiber, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
