10 each  Cookies, chocolate wafer
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
8 oz  low fat cream cheese
1 cup  sugar
1 1/2 cup  fat free cottage cheese
1 each  eggs
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
0.3333 cup  brandy
2 tsp  almond extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Spread the chocolate crumbs on the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan, and set aside.
  3. Use a large mixing bowl and beat together the cream cheese, sugar, cottage cheese, egg, and vanilla.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the flour and cocoa, and gradually add to the cream cheese mixture. Mix in the liqueur and extract.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan, and bake for 1 hour, or until set.
  6. Remove from the oven, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate until well chilled.
  7. Remove the sides of the pan, and serve.
