Ingredients Directions
  1. In large mixing bowl, mix cold water with gelatin. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir. Add the boiling water. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Divide mixture between two 8" x 8" glass baking dishes.
  4. Add the raspberry lemonade powder to one dish. Whisk to dissolve. Let stand for 15 minutes to cool.
  5. Add the lemonade powder to second dish. Whisk to dissolve. Let stand for 15 minutes to cool.
  6. Cover both dishes with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 5 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut each dish of gelatin into 1" cubes.
  8. Arrange layers of lemonade and raspberry lemonade cubes in each of 8 martini or white wine glasses.
  9. Top each with a raspberry, if desired.
  10. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
