18 1/4 oz  devils food cake mix, with pudding
1 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  Margarine, 80% fat, tub
1 tbsp  cold water
1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  low fat cream cheese
16 oz  powdered sugar
3 cup  egg whites (cup)
1 tsp  vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Use a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, melted margarine, and water.
  3. Beat by hand until well blended.
  4. Pat the batter into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, pwdered sugar, and egg whites until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Mix in the vanilla.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Cool, and cut into squares.
