Ingredients

2 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 cup  sliced summer squash
3 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. In medium nonstick skillet, over medium-high, heat oil, swirling to coat bottom of skillet.
  2. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add squash and parsley. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until squash is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in bread crumbs and pepper. Increase heat to high, cook 1 minute, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
