2 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 cup  sliced summer squash
3 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  whole wheat bread crumbs
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
  2. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add squash and parsley. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5-7 minutes until squash is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in bread crumbs and pepper. Increase heat to high, cook 1 minute, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
