1 lb  fresh asparagus
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
1 pinch  seasoned salt
0 1/2 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  Marmalade, orange
0 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
7 cup  romaine lettuce
3 tbsp  slivered almonds
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. On a baking sheet, spread asparagus in a single layer, mist lightly with olive oil spray. Roast until asparagus is tender when pierced with a knife, about 10 to 12 minutes. Season with herbal salt; set aside.
  2. In a blender, mix juices, marmalade, ginger root and olive oil. Process until well blended. Before serving, arrange lettuce on individual plates or on a platter, top with asparagus. Whisk dressing again; pour over salad.
  3. Garnish with pine nuts or almonds.
