Dressing
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
2 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  dijon mustard

Salad
6 cup  romaine lettuce
0 1/4 cup  crumbled gorgonzola cheese
3 each  medium pears
0.3333 cup  dry roasted unsalted peanuts
0 1/4 cup  golden raisins
Directions
  1. In airtight container, shake olive oil, sugar substitute, soy sauce and mustard.
  2. Divide salad greens onto 6 plates.
  3. Leaving peels on pears, core and slice thinly.
  4. Divide pears and peanuts into 6 portions. Arrange on top of greens. Add raisins and cheese to each salad, if desired. Sprinkle with salad dressing. Serve immediately.
