2 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  margarine
1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
15 1/2 oz  Preserves, apricot
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
1 tbsp  ground cinnamon
0.6667 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/2 cup  Raisins, golden, seedless
2 tbsp  confectioners sugar
Directions
  1. Use a large bowl, and mix the flour, sugar, salt, margarine, and yogurt, and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  2. Wrap the dough in a waxed paper, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, and divide into four equal parts.
  5. Roll each piece of dough out on floured waxed paper to form a rectangle.
  6. Spread 1/4 of the apricot spread over each entire rectangle.
  7. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and raisins.
  8. Sprinkle one-fourth of the mixture over each rectangle.
  9. Roll each rectangle up lengthwise to form a roll.
  10. Place each roll on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  12. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Let cool, and slice into 1 inch slices.
