1 oz  Greens, watercress, fresh, sprig
1 each  large pears
2 tbsp  wheat germ
0.6667 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  Seeds, flax
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  sparkling water
3 oz  ice cubes
Directions
  1. Roughly chop the watercress and peel, core, and roughly chop the pears.
  2. Put the watercress and pear in a blender of food processor with the wheat germ and blend until smooth. If necessary, scrape the sides of the bowl as you blend.
  3. Add the yogurt, seeds, and lemon juice and continue to blend until combined. If the mix is too thick, thin it with some mineral water.
  4. To serve, put several ice cubes in the bottom of a tall glass and then fill the glass with the juice until it reaches just below the rim.
