Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Bring the water to boil over high heat in a small saucepan; then stir in the celery and onion.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Stir together the corn bread crumbs, bread cubes, parsley, sage, and poultry seasoning in a medium bowl.
  5. Stir the broth, egg whites, celery, onion, and cooking liquid into the bowl.
  6. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable oil spray; then pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  7. Dot with the margarine; then bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
