3 each  medium oranges
24 oz  Fruit, mixed, individually, FS
1 cup  Yogurt, lemon, lowfat
0 1/4 tsp  poppy seeds
6 pinch  fresh mint
  1. Cut each orange in half, and cut a thin slice from the bottom of each half so the oranges will sit upright.
  2. Remove the flesh from each half, and thickly chop the orange flesh and put the pieces in a large bowl.
  3. Place each orange bowl on a small plate, and spoon the fruit into the orange bowls, letting any extra fruit flow onto the plate.
  4. Whisk together the yogurt and poppy seeds in a small bowl, and pour over the fruit, using 2 to 3 tablespoons per serving.
  5. Top each serving with a sprig of mint or a flower.
