Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly coat medium baking dish with olive oil spray.
  3. Remove stems from mushrooms by gently twisting until easily removed from mushroom top.
  4. Place caps in medium baking dish, stem side up. Set aside.
  5. Mince stems and place in separate mixing bowl.
  6. Add cheese, parsley, oil, and cayenne to stems. Mix well.
  7. Evenly spoon mixture into reserved mushroom caps, mounding filling onto each.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
  9. Allow mushrooms to cool slightly before serving.
