Ingredients Directions
  1. Use a large skillet to mix the salsa, sausage, shrimp, thyme, and 1/3 cup green onions.
  2. Heat to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cayenne pepper and sour cream.
  4. Serve the jambalaya with dollop of sour cream mixture, and sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
