4 each  asparagus spears, fresh, small
0 1/2 each  medium red bell peppers
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large, re-sealable plastic bag, combine the asparagus, red pepper, vinegar, and oil. Shake the bag to coat well.
  2. Place the asparagus and red pepper on a small non-stick baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, spreading the pieces out so they are not touching.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
