0 1/2 lb  fresh asparagus
2 cup  tap water
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp  Seasoning, guacamole, dry mix
1 each  medium tomatoes
Directions
  1. In medium saucepan, over high heat, bring water to boil. Add asparagus, cook 3 - 5 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely. Pat dry.
  3. In food processor, fitted with chopping blade, add asparagus and process 30 - 60 seconds, or until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and seasoning. Process 30 additional seconds, or until smooth.
  5. Transfer to container. Add chopped tomato, mixing until evenly combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours before serving.
