2 cup  soy milk
2 each  Banana, medium, fresh
4 oz  low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup  bran flakes cereal
2 oz  chia seeds
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses.
