1 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0.3333 cup  fat free sour cream
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
4 each  6-inch corn tortillas
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, reduced fat, finely shredded
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. Stir together the tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. Stir together the sour cream and cumin in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Put the tortillas on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Bake for 3 minutes, and cut each tortilla into fourths.
  6. To assemble, drain the tomato mixture in a sieve or colander, and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the tomato mixture onto each wedge.
  7. Top each with 1 teaspoon of sour-cream mixture, and serve immediately.
