0 1/4 cup  canned sweet yellow corn, drained
1 cup  canned black beans, drained
0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
  1. In large bowl, mix corn, beans, red pepper, onions, green pepper, and celery.
  2. In small bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, and cilantro. Pour over vegetables and toss. Chill 30 minutes. Serve.
