1 each  Gelatin, unsweetened, dry packet
0.125 cup  cold water
1.625 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
2 tbsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
4 tsp  sugar
0.125 cup  cold water
  1. Soak the gelatin in the cold water for at least 3 minutes. Heat the 1 1/2 cups of skim milk in a saucepan over medium heat just until bubbles begin to form around the edge.
  2. Turn the heat as low as it will go, then add the milk powder, cocoa, and sugar and stir until they dissolve.
  3. Add the hot water to the gelatin, and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Add the gelatin to the milk mixture and stir well. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
  4. Once it is completely set, put mixture in a blender with the remaining 2 tablespoons of skim milk. Blend until the mixture has a pudding like consistency. If it is necessary, add more milk to achieve desired consistency.
