8 oz  nonfat cottage cheese
2 tbsp  chopped red bell peppers
2 tbsp  fresh chives
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 tsp  salt
14 each  whole jalapeno pepper
  1. In a food processor or blender, process the cottage cheese until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
  2. Transfer the cottage cheese to a small bowl, and stir in the remaining ingredients except the jalapenos.
  3. Using a very small spoon, spoon the mixture into the jalapeno halves.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
