Ingredients Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, mix the apple juice and gelatin together and let stand for one minute. Over low heat, stir the mixture until it is completely dissolved. Cool slightly.
  2. Stir in the sparkling water and refrigerate the mixture until it begins to gel, or until it becomes the consistency of unbeaten egg whites when stirred.
  3. Now, fold the fruit into the partially thickened gelatin mixture and pour into a 6-cup mold. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
