0 3/4 cup  plain yogurt
0 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
5 cup  fresh savoy cabbage, shredded
5 cup  red cabbage, shredded
2 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 each  medium apples
Directions
  1. Core and dice apples.
  2. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and peppe. Stir well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl combine cabbages, carrots, green onions, and Granny Smith apple.
  4. Add yogurt mixture, and toss well to mix. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
