1 tbsp  brown sugar
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  honey
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 each  cooking spray
4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  parsley sprigs
  1. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, and gingerroot; stir well.
  2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Place chicken on rack, and brush half of mustard mixture over chicken.
  3. Grill, covered, for 5 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining mustard mixture. Cover and grill 5 additional minutes or until chicken is done.
  4. Transfer chicken to a serving platter, and garnish with parsley, if desired.
