4 each  sweet potatoes
3 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
6 3/4 oz  tzatziki sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice each sweet potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half into three pieces, to make wedges.
  3. Place wedges on nonstick baking sheet.
  4. In small bowl, blend olive oil, chili powder and salt. Brush onto the flesh of potato wedges.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender inside and crisp outside. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
