4 oz  tuna fillets
0 1/2 cup  tap water
0 1/2 oz  fresh mango
0 1/2 oz  small cucumber, peeled
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  fresh cilantro
6 oz  fresh green onions
0 1/2 tsp  toasted sesame oil
0 1/4 tsp  sesame oil
1 pinch  salt
  1. Finely chop tuna.
  2. Cut 1/2 of green onion tops into fine, long slivers and place in cold water. Set aside.
  3. Finely chop remaining green onion tops, add to medium bowl with tuna, mango, cucumber, lime juice, cilantro, sesame oils, and salt.
  4. Spoon mixture into martini glass or mound onto small appetizer plate. Garnish with green onion tops from cold water, serve.
