6 piece  fresh romaine leaves
3 each  medium tomatoes
1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  fresh carrots
3 tbsp  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 each  small green bell peppers
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp  tarragon vinegar
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  salt free seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together all of the chicken salad ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. To serve, place a scoop of chicken on top of a lettuce leaf and tomato slice.
