Ingredients Directions
  1. Brown the beef, cumin, and chili powder in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain.
  2. Stir in the beans and cook until thoroughly heated.
  3. Layer half the tortilla chips, 1/2 cup beef mixture, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, and 1/2 cup tomato on a large platter. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. If desired, garnish with green onions, cilantro, olives, salsa, and sour cream.
