1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
1 each  eggs
0 1/2 each  small onions
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
20 oz  canned whole cranberry sauce
1 cup  tomato sauce
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, and mustard well. Shape into meatballs.
  2. Bake meatballs in a 350 degree conventional oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, making sure not to overcook.
  3. While meatballs are baking, combine the cranberry and tomato sauces.
  4. Simmer the sauce mixture on stove top for approximately 15-20 minutes. Pour over the meatballs and serve.
