2 each  medium zucchini
1 each  medium onions
1 each  whole eggplant
2 each  medium bell peppers
12 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
0.3333 cup  olive oil
1 pinch  Seasoning, salt, spicy
  1. Combine vegetables, oil and seasoned salt in a large resealable plastic bag. Toss to coat.
  2. Remove vegetables and place in grill basket. Grill over medium heat until tender and slightly charred, turning occasionally.
