1 each  cooking spray
1 1/2 lb  tilapia fillets
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
6 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
12 each  canned green olives
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tsp  olive oil
1 1/2 tsp  dried basil
1 each  medium lemons
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels, and put on the baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray with vegetable oil spray and sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Meanwhile in a small bowl, stir together all the remaining ingredients except for the lemons.
  6. To serve, squeeze a lemon wedge over each fillet. Top with equal amounts of the pepper-olive mixture.
