Ingredients Directions
  1. Brown beef and onion in a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add the red pepper, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, vegetable broth, garbanzos, kidney beans, chili powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
