Ingredients Directions
  1. Brown beef and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add the jalapeƱo, chili powder, cumin, salt, red pepper, oregano, beef broth, tomatoes, and hot sauce. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss with pasta and if desired, top with green onions and cheese.
