1 each  cooking spray
1 tsp  butter
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 lb  cooked crab
2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
4 each  egg whites
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly coat 9" square casserole dish or baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high. Add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer onion to medium bowl. Add crabmeat, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir.
  5. Separate egg whites into small bowl. Whisk until frothy, 30 seconds.
  6. Slowly fold in beaten egg whites into crabmeat.
  7. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
